Does your firm offer a rotation? If so, what does it look like for summer students and articling students?

Our firm does offer rotations. For summer students, it includes a rotation in two different practice groups, based on input from the student on their areas of interest. However, students are also encouraged to get work from a variety of practice areas. For articling students, the program includes rotations in both Litigation and Business Law.

What is one piece of advice you would give to a law student who is navigating their job search?

Explore and take advantage of opportunities to meet people from the different firms you are considering applying to.
