What is one question you think candidates should be prepared to answer in an interview?

They change every year, but we usually have one question regarding students’ favourite case in law school.

Does your firm offer a rotation? If so, what does it look like for summer students and articling students?

Yes. Summer students do not physically rotate as the summer is short, but they receive work from all practice areas. Articling students move through a formal rotation of our Business, Litigation and Real Property groups and get the opportunity to immerse themselves into said groups.

What is one piece of advice you would give a law student about choosing a practice area?

Be open to everything, you never know what you will gravitate toward until you get real work in each group.
